Mridah’s refund and return policy
- The items should be unused and unharmed in any way.
- Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Return/Exchange requests that are not raised within 10 days of receiving the product would not be accepted.
- The product would be picked up within 5-7 days after the return or exchange request is approved.
- Refunds will be processed within 2-3 working days of receiving the product and credited to your account in 7-10 working days.
Cancellation Policy:
If you wish to cancel an order, please do so before it is shipped. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
Return Policy:
- If you have received the product in a damaged condition or if the packaging is tampered with, please refuse the package. Contact us at hello@mridah.com, mentioning your Order ID. We will issue a replacement with no additional cost.
- Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.
- Raise your return request within 10 days of receiving the shipment.
- If you receive a damaged/incorrect/incomplete order, contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order by emailing us at hello@mridah.com with your Order ID and an image/video of the defect/item. We will either ship a replacement or provide a refund for the product once the pickup is done.
- If you need to cancel an order before it is shipped, we will refund the entire amount. Once we receive the products, a quality check will be conducted, and the amount refunded will only be for the products, not the shipping charges.
- If you opt for a credit note, please note that it cannot be encashed later. The credit note issued will be valid for 1 year from the date of issuance.
- In case we do not have a pickup service available at your location, you would have to self-ship the product. A maximum of 150 INR will be given to you as a credit note for reverse shipping.
- We do not have an exchange policy for international customers.
Exchange Policy:
- Raise an exchange request within 10 days of receiving the product through Exchange Request Link. You will receive an approval email from us if the request is accepted.
- A Credit Note will be issued for the product price within 3-4 days once the product is picked up.
- A pick-up will be arranged, and a label will be sent to you via email, which needs to be attached to the package for reverse pick-up.
- Please make sure that the original product tag and the packing are intact when the product is picked up.
- No return and exchange requests will be accepted if the request is raised after 10 days of receiving the shipment. In exceptional cases, please write to us at hello@mridah.com.

- You will be notified by us once we receive your shipment.
- Exchange will not be accepted if the product was customized for you.
- Credit Note once issued cannot be encashed. The credit note issued will be valid for 1 year from the date of issuance.
- Products bought during a sale are non-refundable.
